The Official EXXXOTICA Minneapolis After Parties
From June 26 to 28, EXXXOTICA Minneapolis lit up the Twin Cities with its official VIP after parties across several venues, rocking Rick’s Cabaret, The Brass Rail, Spearmint Rhino, and Sneaky Pete’s. Sunday, which overlapped with Twin Cities Pride weekend, brought a ticketed PRISM Pride spectacular at the Granada Theater.
The Official EXXXOTICA After Parties
The official EXXXOTICA after parties gave attendees somewhere to dance out all that expo energy once the doors closed for the day. Each venue brought a different mood, so the nightlife could continue with music, adult entertainment, costumes and makeup, and a full theatrical Pride production.
Party animals picked the club according to their vibe and made some epic memories across the city!
The Confirmed Venues
The confirmed Minneapolis venues were:
- Brass Rail on Friday night and Sunday
- Rick’s Cabaret on Friday, Saturday night, and Sunday
- Spearmint Rhino on Friday and Saturday
- Sneaky Pete’s on Saturday with Chaturbate
- Granada Theater for PRISM on Sunday
What Made Them Official?
As with all of EXXXOTICA’s official after parties, VIP EXXXOTICA attendees can use their wristbands for free (or in some cases, discounted) entry. PRISM worked differently and required its own separate tickets. Other parties were mentioned before and during the expo, and convention-goers had their pick!
Friday Night
Friday night kicked off with official parties at Brass Rail, Rick’s Cabaret, and Spearmint Rhino.
At Brass Rail, guests with a Friday VIP or three-day VIP wristband received free admission, and music and dancing kept the night alive!
Rick’s Cabaret also offered free entry to Friday VIPs and three-day VIPs. Special VIP bottle-service pricing was available.
Spearmint Rhino began its two-night run on Friday. Friday VIP guests could enter free that night, while three-day VIP holders could use the offer on both Friday and Saturday. The event was limited to guests 21 and older and included complimentary bubbles to toast the first day of the Minneapolis EXXXOTICA debut.
Saturday Night
Saturday night brought back Rick’s Cabaret and Spearmint Rhino, while Sneaky Pete’s joined the official EXXXOTICA after-party lineup with an event hosted by the gorgeous Chaturbate models.
Saturday VIP and three-day VIP wristbands included free entry into Rick’s Cabaret. VIP bottle service was also available with special pricing, allowing guests to claim a table before the evening became a lively blur.
Spearmint Rhino continued its weekend celebration, with free entry for Saturday VIP and three-day VIP holders.
At Sneaky Pete’s, the party stretched across two floors, with music, dancing, food, and drinks available at the venue. Saturday VIP and three-day VIP wristbands covered admission.
Sunday Pride Events
Sunday belonged to Pride, with Prism: A Burlesque Drag Circus Pride Extravaganza taking place at the Granada Theater.
PRISM ran from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. It delighted partygoers from start to finish as a ticketed queer variety production, presented by Triple Threat Entertainment in partnership with the Granada Theater, centered on burlesque and drag-circus performances that celebrate LGBTQIA+ artistry.
At Brass Rail, the Sunday Pride event was hosted by award-winning trans performer, Vanniall. Guests also had the option to enjoy Rick’s Cabaret, and both events offered free entry to Sunday VIP and three-day VIP wristband holders.
How After Parties Worked
The after parties followed different admission rules depending on the night and location. In many cases, the correct EXXXOTICA VIP wristband included free entry, but no party was the same, which was fantastic for those looking to hop from one party to the next!
Entry & Wristbands
A Friday VIP wristband applied to the listed Friday offers. The Saturday and Sunday bands worked on their respective nights. Three-day VIP wristbands covered the qualifying offers throughout the full weekend.
PRISM was the exception because it used separate paid admission. Guests needed to buy the relevant ticket rather than relying on their expo access.
Tips for Getting In
For future EXXXOTICA after-parties, make sure you check the listing for your chosen venue before leaving the expo, and that you have the correct wristband or ticket ready. You should also confirm the location’s age and ID requirements.
