EXXXOTICA HAS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS
PHYSICAL AND SEXUAL ASSAULT AND/OR BATTERY
UNWELCOME PHYSICAL CONTACT OF ANY KIND
HARASSMENT OF ANY KIND
This includes, but is not limited to: offensive verbal comments (related to gender, gender identity, and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, and religion), deliberate intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or video recordings (if an individual declines to pose, photos and/or videos should not be taken.) Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
HARASSING PHOTOGRAPHY
Cameras are allowed, but if an individual declines to pose, photos should not be taken.
PHOTOGRAPHS OR RECORDINGS THAT VIOLATE PRIVACY
(e.g., upskirt shots, shooting in non-public spaces such as restrooms, photos while models are on break, etc.)
HARASSMENT IN PUBLIC RESTROOMS
Guests at EXXXOTICA are welcome to use the restrooms that match their gender presentation or identity.
PUBLIC NUDITY IS NOT PERMITTED
By any participants or attendees, including models and exhibitors.
SEXUAL ACTIVITY IS NOT PERMITTED
This includes, but is not limited to, simulation of such acts (faked masturbation, lap dances at booths, the use of adult toys entering any orifice, etc.)
UNLICENSED MASSAGES ARE NOT PERMITTED
Massages are only permitted by licensed massage therapists and may not be sexual in nature. All Code of Conduct rules must be followed during the massage.
NO SMOKING EXCEPT IN DESIGNATED AREAS
This includes the use of personal vaporizer devices.
NO WEAPONS ARE PERMITTED, INCLUDING GUNS, PROJECTILE WEAPONS, WATERGUNS, KNIVES, BLUNT OBJECTS, ETC.
This includes explosives (firecrackers, caps, and fireworks) and chemical weapons (mace, pepper spray, etc). Replica firearms must be marked with an orange tip and will be inspected. Show security and event staff reserve the right to inspect and remove any weapon or prop at any time and shall have sole discretion in any matter that it believes may affect public safety or be essential to protect the integrity of the event.
NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL ON THE SHOW FLOOR OF ANY KIND
If a venue offers the sale of alcoholic beverages, they must be consumed only in the area designated for this.
NO PUBLIC INTOXICATION
Any individual visibly intoxicated will be denied entry and/or will be asked to leave the venue without refund.
NO PROSTITUTION, SOLICITATION AND/OR PANDERING
Individuals are not permitted to pay or accept payment to engage in any form of sexual activity.
Anyone who feels they are in a situation where their safety is compromised or who becomes aware of anyone violating any part of this Code of Conduct should immediately locate the nearest security officer or EXXXOTICA team member so the matter can be handled in an expeditious manner.
If security is not in the immediate area, please text “SECURE” to (215) 445-1170 and both EXXXOTICA’s Security and/or Show Management will immediately respond.
EXXXOTICA Officials will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from the event with no refund.
This Code of Conduct applies to everyone at the convention: exhibitors, fans (attendees), speakers, guests, professionals, press, staff, volunteers and security are all subject to our anti-harassment policy.
This Code of Conduct applies to both the convention itself and the convention center, as well as host hotel(s) and any EXXXOTICA events on or off site.
If at any time you have been made to feel uncomfortable, or if you witness another person being harassed, you should immediately contact a staff or a security team member. If necessary, we will contact local law enforcement, provide escort, offer a safe place or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding in keeping our event protected and making it an event that gives individuals and groups the ability to express themselves safely and without judgement or prosecution.

Dungeon Experience Code of Conduct
The Dungeon Experience at EXXXOTICA is designed to show attendees a sampling of BDSM play styles and expressions. We do this through the use of pre-qualified demonstrators/educators and models, and also with EXXXOTICA attendees who would like to try activities with, and under the guidance of, one of our personnel. This should be a comfortable learning experience where people may try on items such as cuffs and collars, touch or try the equipment and/or experience the sensations from implements and activities that piques their interest.
Pictures and videos are allowed for personal use. Any professional use and/or publication must be from an approved media pass.
Any nudity, sexual acts, or even simulated sexual acts are strictly forbidden.

In keeping with the educational atmosphere and routine BDSM practice, everything in the Dungeon Experience must be with the express consent of the participant (s.
Attendees may request to try something if they wish, but only if they wish. We require strict adherence to a consent doctrine and the laws of the local jurisdictions.
In accordance with that rule, we require all participants to fill out a Hold Harmless consent/waiver.
There is no charge to try things in the Dungeon Experience. Tips or gratuities ARE NOT ACCEPTED under any circumstances. This is not a working play space for people to engage in their own play.
The Dungeon Experience VIP All-Access pass offers additional opportunities, which is a dedicated space, for meetings and like-minded people to comfortably gather with their kink, BDSM, or fetish worn proudly, while they enjoy exclusive demonstrations and interactions with our team.
