Meet Nicole Sonnefeldt
Nicole Sonnefeldt (she/her) identifies as a queer, bisexual, kinky solo polyamorist and is an alternative relationship coach, consultant, and founder of Freeform Coaching, supporting conscious non-monogamy. A former trauma and couples therapist with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, she blends clinical expertise and professional training with lived experience in the lifestyle, kink, and polyamory. Nicole helps singles, couples, and polycules build intentional, equitable relationships. She is also an advocate for sex worker–affirming care and remains active in Chicago’s sex-positive community, bringing authenticity, passion, and real-world insight to her work.
